Augusta, Georgia was once known for its beautiful public and private gardens. Among the many private gardens was the garden at Goshen Plantation created by Joseph and Harriet Speer around 1912.

Get ready to twist, tie, and dye! Join us and 4-H for a vibrant Tie-Dye Shirt Event where your children can design their own one-of-a-kind t-shirt masterpiece.

Join us in the YA area/Teen Space (2nd floor behind the Reference desk) to decorate ceramic coasters and wooden picture frames using the alcohol ink marbling technique.  Don't worry; it's fun, simple, and we'll show you how!

Learn about thumb art and create your own works of art using your thumb print, stamp pads, etc. No experience needed; all materials supplied. Best for ages 3-11. Registration isn’t required, but we’d love to know you’re coming. 706-736-6244.

Do you love to quilt or want to learn? Bring your supplies and join Mrs. Hudson and Mrs. Johnson for a friendly get-together where you can swap tips, share projects, and enjoy great company. All experience levels are welcome!
